Starting care should feel clear, comfortable, and unhurried. Your first visit typically lasts 30–45 minutes, depending on your current chief complaint and the evaluation needed to understand your individual concerns.

Before Your Appointment

Please complete any new-patient paperwork provided by the office and arrive a few minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.

What to Bring

• A photo ID
• A list of current medications or relevant health information
• Any recent imaging or reports related to your concern, if available
• Questions you would like answered

What to Expect

We will begin with a conversation about your health history, current symptoms, daily activities, and goals. Your chiropractor may then perform a focused examination based on your chief complaint and determine whether chiropractic care is an appropriate fit for you.

After the assessment, we will explain what we found and discuss recommended next steps. If care is clinically appropriate, your visit may include chiropractic adjustments of the spine or extremities based on your individual needs.
